Silent Directed Retreats

Week Long Silent Directed Retreats... Retreatants stay in a comfortable private room with all meals provided. The Center incorporates a meeting with a spiritual director into the rhythm of each retreat day. Daily gatherings for communal prayer are optional. A main meal is served at noon; other meals are available whenever the retreatant wishes to eat. The remainder of each day is filled however the retreatant chooses … praying, resting, walking, reading, listening to music. Massage is available at an additonal charge.


Space is limited! Registration deadline is one week prior or when full.
Fee: Week Long Retreat $525/person
includes all meals, spiritual direction, and overnight accommodations
($50 non-refundable deposit due with registration)

The Retreat Directors:  
Marisa Gilbert,
Director at KMSC working the past 30 years in various areas of education and as a retreat and spiritual director.  She holds graduate degrees in pastoral ministry, spiritual direction, and retreat work.
Sister Kerry Larkin, OSM, has her Masters in Christian Spirituality, is a former teacher for the Omaha Diocese and former Associate Director of the Jesuit Retreat House in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She currently is on the Leadership Team of the Servants of Mary and also is a spiritual director.
Sister Valeria Lewandoski, OSM is a licensed counselor and assistant director of the Servite Center of Compassion, received her spiritual direction training in the Benedictine tradition from the Shalom Prayer Center in Mount Angel, Oregon. 
Margie McMenamin-Walker
is a mother, grandmother, teacher, childbirth educator, spiritual director, experienced retreat director, as well as a KMSC board member.

These days of retreat will offer the blessings and inspiration of spending meaningful time with our ever-present God. We invite you to this sacred place for time away to experience God in the silence of the day.  Participants will meet daily with a spiritual director and gather for prayer as a group.
